Job summary

Service Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on leader to manage customer relationships, operations, and team performance within our energy‑efficient insulation and building materials division.

You will drive service quality, oversee warehouse activities, and ensure safe, efficient delivery and support for local customers. A supervisory background and strong computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Knowledgeable in construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Your Responsibilities

• First-class Customer Service to build relationships and retain current customers.

• Ensure timely and effective action is taken on all sales lead opportunities.
• Assist with managing warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior roles in a Supervisory or Management position.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.

• Experienced with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Physical Requirements

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00
