Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a Branch Warehouse Supervisor to support the Branch Manager and lead daily warehouse operations in a safety‑minded environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, supervise staff, and drive efficiency in inventory, deliveries, and processes.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, a valid driver's license for company travel, and familiarity with OSHA/DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Knowledge of construction or distribution industries beneficial.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the Branch warehouse location.
• First-class Customer Service to build relationships and retain current customers.
• Ability to display the highest level of leadership, professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Ensure timely and effective action is taken on all sales lead opportunities.
• Assist with managing warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior roles in a Supervisory or Management position.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experienced with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.
• Education: College degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
