Responsabilités

• Professional and Interpersonal Relations.
• Cooperates with building principal and athletic director.
• Develops rapport with coaching staff within the school.
• Organizes coaching staff and develops positive relationships with participants and stakeholders.
• Employs appropriate conduct during practices and games.
• Attends league, conference and WVSSAC meetings.
• Develops pre-season planning and designs practice sessions.
• Manages budget and follows purchasing procedures.
