Job summary

Shakopee School District in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Boys Basketball coach to support the program at the lower levels. This 15+ hours/week position runs Monday through Friday, with duties during practices to instruct, manage, and teach training drills.

You will work under the Head Coach, assisting with lower level teams and potentially supporting the Varsity squad, handling tasks assigned by the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and educational experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a player and/or coach preferred.

Responsibilities

• During practices will instruct, manage, and teach overall training drills.
• During games will work with a lower level team and potentially assist the Varsity team.
• Complete duties assigned by the Head Coach.
