Job summary

Breitling in Edina, MN seeks a dedicated Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in managing staff, merchandise and the customer experience. You will assist in achieving sales objectives, build motivated teams and help develop the sales force.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail with strong organizational and clienteling skills. You will participate in store operations, leadership tasks and events to drive performance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor coverage to support sales team and provide a luxury experience for customers. Set an example through client interactions and ensure highest level of service to meet or exceed store goals.
• Partner with Boutique Manager to monitor performance goals and adjust to meet or exceed goals.
• Address and resolve client issues according to company standards. Escalate client issues to Boutique Manager as needed.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining clients.
• Support sales associates in Breitling “Sales Techniques and Service” and clienteling skills development.
• Develop strong product knowledge as well as company history, information and news.
• Maintain a professional appearance following Breitling dress code standards.
• Assist in special events and community initiatives that promote sales development.
