3M is seeking an Assistant Boiler Operator in Minnesota to help support daily plant operations and ensure safe, efficient boiler and water chemistry management. The role offers exposure to a wide range of equipment and processes within a global company.
You will assist with water chemistry testing, boiler and chiller maintenance, and general housekeeping while coordinating with shift engineers on operation priorities.
