Overview
The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the management, administration, and operational effectiveness of beverage outlets, including bars and lounges.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Develops financial objectives related to beverage service, distribution, and sales.
- Assists in managing the Beverage Department budget and P&L reconciliation.
- Handles programs and communication for Team Member Time & Attendance.
- Manages BEO & Special Event communication and operations.
- Schedules staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment and service quality.
- Manages sales, marketing, and promotion programs, acting as liaison with Marketing, Promotions, and PR.
- Maintains financial data, controls costs, and manages inventory.
- Reviews beverage processes and activities with the Director of Beverage.
- Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage laws, health regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Works irregular hours due to variety of tasks and deadlines.
- Meets with departmental directors and managers as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or GED; four-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of four years management experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Ability to comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit for long periods, and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
- Use of hands and arms, good vision, and physical dexterity.
