Job summary

Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino seeks an Assistant Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day beverage operations across casino outlets, bars, and lounges. The role directly manages Supervisors and hourly team members in multiple outlets to ensure premier service.

The ideal candidate has progressive beverage operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience with F&B systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive Beverage operations experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within casino beverage, bars, and lounges.
• Directly manage the Supervisor and hourly team across multiple outlets.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all F&B spaces.
• Assess operational opportunities with Beverage leadership and communicate them clearly.
• Oversee cleaning and organization of bars, lounges, and beverage storage areas.
• Assist with ordering and inventory in oversight areas.
• Understand financial performance and analytics for oversight areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
