MGM Resorts International invites experienced hospitality professionals to join Mandalay Bay as Assistant Beverage Manager. Lead a high-energy beverage team in a premier Las Vegas resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and flawless service during every shift.

You will direct operations, manage staffing, control costs, and uphold the company’s renowned standards while driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth. A background in luxury hospitality and team leadership is preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage.
• Experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.
• Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred.

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage
• Previous experience working in a similar luxury resort setting preferred
• Previous experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred
