Job summary

Station Casinos seeks a seasoned hospitality manager to lead daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences at a premium destination in Las Vegas. You will develop corporate event bases, manage banquet activities, and coach a high-performing team to uphold our standards of excellence.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, event planning, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure flawless service for events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Develop client base for local corporate groups and respond to inquiries from social and corporate Guests.
• Knowledge of room capacities for conference facilities and ability to create detailed menus for themed events.
• Prepare and produce banquet event orders, contracts and coordination of any additional outside requests.
• As a manager you are expected to lead, coach and empower your team, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Develop client base for local corporate groups as well as local, social events and immediately respond to daily inquiry calls from social and corporate Guests

Overall knowledge of room capabilities as they relate to capacities for conference facility. Ability to create detailed menus that pertain to the specifics of a themed event

Prepare and produce banquet event order, contract and coordination of any additional outside

You must also engage and communicate with your team, elevate performance through coaching, develop your talent, and champion collaboration within your team and across the business.

Food and Wine Preparation Experience: 2 Years preferred.
