Station Casinos in Las Vegas seeks a Beverage Leader to oversee the Beverage Department, track shortages and equipment needs, and assist with interviewing and training new Team Members. Responsibilities include liquor inventory, scheduling, and managing budget and labor costs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in beverage management within a high-volume setting, with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail across operations.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department .
