We are seeking a part-time Assistant Coach to join our Beach Volleyball program. Our athletes are talented, competitive, and eager to improve, and we compete in a strong, challenging region. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong volleyball knowledge, and a willingness to hold athletes accountable while pushing them to reach the next level.Beach volleyball presents a unique challenge: managing two courts simultaneously. During practices and matches, you will take primary responsibility for one court, serving as the coach the athletes rely on for instruction, feedback, and motivation. The ability to balance teaching fundamentals, strategy, and in-the-moment coaching is essential.
