Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Division I coaching experience preferred; Division II acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit academically qualified student-athletes.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and Division II/GLVC framework.
• Proven ability to lead student-athletes to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned position group as designated by Head Baseball Coach.
• Coach at practices and games; mentor student-athletes in skills development.
• Teach sport fundamentals and strategies; promote graduation and academic success.
• Recruit qualified student-athletes; maintain compliance with NCAA rules.
• Manage facilities, travel, and partnerships for home events.
