Floyd's 99 Barbershop Colorado Springs - North Academy is hiring an Assistant Barbershop Operations Leader to help elevate our shop. You will lead an incredible team, support daily operations, and coach barbers and stylists to grow their careers in a vibrant, creativity-driven environment.

We offer $75,000-$100,000 per year with monthly bonuses of $500-$700, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and opportunities to transfer nationwide as the team expands.
