Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Barbershop Operations Leader to elevate culture and performance. You will lead an incredible team, support daily operations, coach barbers and stylists, and help create a shop clients love visiting and employees love being part of.

This role offers $75,000–$100,000 per year with monthly bonuses, plus medical, dental and vision benefits and nationwide transfer opportunities.
