Teton Village Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to lead high-end banquet and catering operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role oversees daily banquet and F&B operations, assists in scheduling, training, and supervising staff, ensures outstanding guest service, safety, and presentation, and coordinates with vendors and event teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquets, events, or high-volume hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest service focus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in luxury or resort hospitality preferred.
