Job summary

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, train and motivate front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure impeccable guest service at our luxury property. You will coach staff, optimize service standards, and maintain high-quality wine and dining experiences.

Applicants should bring 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, strong English and Portuguese language skills, and a relevant hotel/restaurant degree.

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, and merchandising.

What You Will Do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation


• Visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts


• Describe and ensure quality of all good items, ingredients, and preparations methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for dining

What You Bring

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Portuguese and English language


• Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management


• 1-2 years in restaurant management and or supervisory experience


• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
