Qualifications

• Has experience in instrumental music with emphasis in percussive arts, color guard, or marching band visual design
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, parents, and the community

Responsibilities

• Support the marching band program during the school year by assisting with after-school instruction in percussion, instruments, color guard, winter guard, or visual aspects of performance
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of all after-school practices with the approval of the Band Director
• Have all students under supervision of certified personnel at all times at approved after school programs
• Performs other duties consistent with the position assigned as may be requested by the supervisor

JOB GOAL: To provide leadership and instruction within the marching band program.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
