The role focuses on overseeing daily bakery operations, staffing, production planning, merchandising, and compliance with food safety standards to drive store success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing bakery department operations and leading a team.

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at various skill levels
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments
