The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Bakery Manager assists in directing the team and day-to-day operations. This is an essential role in our bakery, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth back-of-house production, maintaining a positive and fun work environment, monitoring staffing, and inventory control. We take pride in baking the highest quality cakes, while providing our guests with a warm, welcoming environment and superior service. The Assistant Bakery Manager exemplifies NbC's core values and serves as the key culture carrier to bring joy to the bakery and beyond in the community while building the team’s commitment to our guests and the NbC brand.

Education & Certifications Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ServSafe Food Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Work Availability: Must have flexibility to work during peak holiday periods leading up to major holidays. Must have at least 30-40 hours of weekly availability during bakery operating hours.
