Nothing Bundt Cakes in Matthews, NC is seeking an Assistant Baker to partner with the Baker in producing high-quality cakes daily. You will follow proprietary recipes, operate commercial mixers and ovens, and assist with preparation, baking, and packaging to meet production demands.

This role requires careful measuring, adherence to health and safety guidelines, and the ability to work varied shifts. Prior bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Understands basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Able to perform repetitious, physical tasks with steady pace.
• Operates bakery equipment and adheres to safety standards.
• Attention to exact measurements and timing on a fast-paced line.
• Diligent, organized and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and loads pans into hot ovens.
• Manages daily baking flow and production processes.
• Packages, labels, stores cakes and maintains logs.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation; restocks supplies.
• Complies with health, safety rules and NbC dress code.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality.
