Qualifications

• No formal degree required; training provided on recipes and safety.
• Ability to follow proprietary recipes with precision.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including Sundays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods to bake cakes.
• Operate mixers and ovens and monitor baking process.
• Prepare ingredients and stage products for production.
• Assist baker with daily baking and manage production flow.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes and maintain logs.
• Keep workstation clean, sanitized, and stocked for the shift.
