Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in baking and decorating cakes to meet customer expectations.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery.
3. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
4. Help train new team members.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
3. Experience in bakeries, restaurants, or foodservice is preferred.
4. Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts.
