Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigates cases in state and federal courts; participates in hearings and argues motions.
• Researches and prepares pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Provides legal advice and representation to clients/agencies; drafts memoranda of advice.
• Travel as required by the position; performs other related duties.
