Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement investigations in collaboration with the team.
• Work with outside counsel and coordinate civil enforcement actions.
• Evaluate state and federal legal issues, evidence, and potential claims.
• Prosecute civil enforcement lawsuits and oversee investigations as needed.
