The attorney in this position will act as defense counsel in medium to complex State funded workers’ compensation claims administered by NC State Agencies, Boards and Commissions, pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 97-1, et. seq., in the N. C. Industrial Commission, state and federal courts. This attorney will also represent the State in criminal appeals.
