Job summary

You will collaborate with the Sports Medicine Care Team, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with NCAA and institutional policies. Alabama licensure will be required after hire and day-on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience required.
• BOC certification as Athletic Trainer required; licensure by the State of Alabama upon hire.
• Experience/education cannot be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare for athletic teams and treat injuries and illnesses.
• Evaluate injuries, implement rehabilitation, and supervise athletic training at practices and competitions.
• Liaise with the Sports Medicine Care Team and maintain medical documentation for the assigned sport.
• Adhere to institution, conference and NCAA rules; report NCAA violations as required.
