Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field required.
• Certified athletic trainer with Ohio licensure or eligibility.
• Current CPR for Professional Rescuer/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with athletic training supplies, modalities, computer and software.

Responsibilities

• Injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehab of student-athletes.
• Education and counseling of student-athletes; health care administration tasks.
• Onsite care during practices and games; travel to away contests as needed.
• Document patient encounters in SportsWare EMR.
