Essential Functions

1. Perform clinical athletic training functions including injury prevention, recognition, assessment, and treatment.
2. Implement rehabilitation programs and consult with health professionals and coaching staff.
3. Attend practices and athletic events, provide emergency coverage, and travel as needed.
4. Maintain records, supervise facilities, and assist in supervising student workers/volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training, physical education, kinesiology, or related field, with completion of BOC curriculum.
• Current BOC certification.
• Knowledge of athletic training principles, NCAA rules, OSHA standards, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
