Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC, headquartered in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Junior Association Controller to join our corporate office. The role oversees a team of Staff Accountants delivering accounting, cash management, financial reporting, and financial management consultation for a large portfolio of community associations.

You will lead the general ledger team, ensure timely monthly statements, collaborate with property managers and boards, and participate in HR and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years accounting/General Ledger experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly financials are accurate and timely by reviewing and overseeing production by Team Members.
• Prepares timely and accurate monthly financial statements for key accounts monthly.
• Oversees general ledger department processes and procedures for assigned portfolio for compliance and prompt resolution.
• Participates in management trainings and follows all Human Resources policies.
• Responsible for directing Team Members to achieve results by providing guidance to ensure departmental success.
