Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree and license in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Knowledge, sensitivity, and passion for diversity, multiculturalism, social justice, and community service.
  • Demonstrated success with teaching and classroom management skills.
  • Experience mentoring students.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to employ critical thinking and analysis to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to interact successfully with academic, clinical, business, and regulatory personnel.
  • Ability to work within and support a diverse environment of students and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of PsyD trainees delivering psychotherapy services in public school settings.
  • Provide consultation to school personnel on behavioral health, student support, and systems-level interventions.
  • Collaborate with CPHE and partner school districts to develop school-based behavioral health programming.
  • Oversee weekly therapy practicum seminar and contribute to program development, evaluation, and accreditation activities.
