The Department of Accounting and Finance in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in Finance (Financial Planning) at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The Cofrin School of Business is building a distinctive financial planning program that integrates outstanding teaching, applied student learning, scholarship, professional engagement, and community impact. The successful candidate will join a growing program supported by the Charles Schwab Foundation Center for Financial Wellness and Willie D. Davis Finance & Investment Laboratory, providing exceptional opportunities to connect financial planning education with experiential learning, industry engagement, and community service. The Cofrin School of Business prioritizes teaching excellence, learner success, quality scholarship, engagement with the regional business community, and meaningful institutional, community, and professional service. Professional experience in financial planning, wealth management, finance, or related areas is viewed favorably. Candidates interested in exploring the intersection of human-centered financial planning and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, FinTech, and other technologies transforming financial services, are strongly encouraged to apply.
