The College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ, invites applications for faculty positions in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Software, or Mechanical Engineering at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in space systems, spacecraft design, controls, aerodynamics, and engineering economics, but all qualified candidates from these fields are encouraged to apply.
The faculty are based in a modern complex adjacent to a 52,000 sq ft STEM building with Robotics, Mechatronics, Thermal-Energy Labs, and a Rapid Prototyping Lab. These labs are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including the Aerospace Experimentation and Fabrication laboratory complex, Wind Tunnel Laboratories, Propulsion Lab, and other specialized labs and test stands.
Qualifications:
An earned doctorate in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Software, or Mechanical Engineering, or a similar degree with related experience is highly desired. Candidates with a Master's Degree and significant industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
