The University of Central Arkansas Assistant or Associate Professor is responsible for teaching, research and service. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. The position is tenure track and a nine-month appointment.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and provide engaging experiential learning opportunities in both clinical and academic settings; develop and sustain an active research agenda, including the pursuit of extramural funding; and participate in university governance, curriculum development, and service activities that support the growth and mission of the department and institution.
The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders ( CSD ) at the University of Central Arkansas invites applicants for a 9-month, full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate professor rank. Expertise in all areas of speech-language pathology will be considered.
Applicants must possess a doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Communication Disorders or a closely related field. Exceptional applicants who are ABD (all but dissertation) or who hold a clinical doctorate will be considered.
