Below is the current opportunity to join or return to Boston College:
The Assistant/Associate Director, Athletics Annual Giving, reports to the Director, Annual & Leadership Giving/Assistant Athletics Director. The role involves soliciting annual gifts ($1,000 to $24,999) from alumni, parents, and friends, managing a portfolio of 150+ donors and prospects, and overseeing donor benefits, database management, and inquiry support.
Salary ranges are as follows and depend on experience and qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in closing gifts of $1,000 to $10,000. The Associate Director level requires 2-3 years (first level) or 3-4 years (second level) of professional fundraising experience, with proven ability to solicit and close gifts of $10,000 or more, preferably in higher education.
The role requires professional behavior, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak persuasively about higher education and Jesuit values. Travel, evening, and weekend work, including attendance at home football games and other events, are required. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with technology (Google, MS Office) are also necessary.
