You will coach a multidisciplinary team, build community partnerships, and drive recruitment, retention and satisfaction among clients and caregivers while representing the company's standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Area Director to achieve revenue and profit goals for their office.
• Co-manage day-to-day operations, grow revenue via local sales and marketing efforts, and build community partnerships.
• Help to oversee a team of multidisciplinary professionals in in-home care.
• Identifies and implements growth strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of clients and caregivers.
• Serves as a key leader at community activities to enhance the company’s presence, reputation, and further revenue growth.
• Attracts and retains high caliber talent, coaches staff to achieve office goals, and monitors staffing, care management, recruiting, and sales.
