Advocate Health is recruiting an Assistant Nurse Manager for the operating room at the Wake Forest Ambulatory Ventures: Premier Surgery Center in North Carolina. The role is 40 hours per week, full time, with a pay range of $41.10 to $61.65 per hour.

A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with preferred supervisory or management experience in acute care within the past 10 years. Mandatory RN licensure in the state, BCLS, and ACLS/PALS/PEARS as applicable.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience within the past 10 years preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Promote safety and infection control; coordinate QC/PI activities.
• Audit clinic metrics for unit and organizational goals.

• Plan, schedule, and delegate assignments to optimize staffing and resources.
• Maintain unit inventory and supplies.
• Prepare management reports and budget recommendations.
• Perform competency for point-of-care testing as assigned.
