Join us!The Assistant Academic Administrator, directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Directly supervises 15-30 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Previous Supervisory ExperienceMaster's degree ANDFive (5) years of educational experience OREquivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience as an online EducatorPrevious administrative experience
