Texas Apartment Association is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team, working with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete work orders, perform repairs, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
This role requires prior multifamily maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC knowledge preferred, and the ability to handle physical workload. On-call rotation and training opportunities are available to grow professionally.
