Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure and/or other legal requirements.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and communication devices.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests and resolving issues.
• Support store operations to prevent loss and ensure products are in stock.
• Respond to security incidents and document actions per AP policy.
• Assist in investigations, surveillance, and theft prevention efforts.
• Adapt to a flexible, full‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
