The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in digital product management, engineering, or project management within regulated industries. You will coordinate with marketing, legal, engineering and product teams to deliver timely improvements, oversee content and run regular KPI reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of progressive experience in digital, product management or engineering, ideally in asset management or financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and/or managing digital platforms designed to meet business objectives.
• Exposure to design and development sprints including prioritization and resourcing.
• Outstanding project management capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and drive to elevate marketing standards.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Website Operations: Establish ongoing web reporting to track operational compliance and facilitate workstreams to address necessary fixes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bring together cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure delivery on timelines.
• Digital Development: Track the development and launch of website capabilities from ideation through launch.
• Content Governance: Oversee publication and maintenance of web content and manage content lifecycles and audits.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs for website health and lead acquisition and provide regular progress reports.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to website content, functionality, and compliance.
