Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of proven Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services.
• Analytical acumen and problem solving to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, consensus-building and stakeholder negotiation.
• Passion for solving customer problems with user-centric product experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: basic knowledge of product marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy & Vision: translate market and client insights into a compelling product roadmap.
• Champion User-Centric Design: work with UX/UI to define seamless customer journeys.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
• Data-Driven Innovation: use analysis and user research to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
• Agile Execution & Delivery: own backlog and manage end-to-end delivery from concept to launch.
• Stakeholder Engagement: present roadmaps and build consensus with diverse stakeholders.
• Business Growth: build ROI-driven business cases and stay ahead of industry trends.
