Job Description

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Senior Associate for Asset & Wealth Management Operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves leading discussions on business problems, identifying scalability opportunities, improving client experience, and increasing data insights and revenue through quality solutions. The candidate will help business sponsors prioritize initiatives and evaluate benefits across Wealth Management, ensuring adherence to governance processes and focusing on continuous strategy and BI approach improvements.

The role requires collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with division strategy, championing a data-driven culture through data modeling and coding, and enforcing robust SDLC models for solutions developed using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and APIs. The Senior Associate will track project progress, facilitate data collection and refinement, escalate performance issues, and contribute to global Business Intelligence functions. Collaboration with other developers for idea sharing and output showcasing is also expected.

Job Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Two years of experience with a Master’s degree or four years with a Bachelor's degree in a related role.
• Experience in providing scalable solutions, implementing risk and governance strategies, and executing data insights using BI tools.
• Proficiency in system design, programming languages (Python, SQL), ETL pipeline development, SDLC design, data modeling, APIs, Git, version control, and industry-standard documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in streamlining processes for improved customer experience and managing project priorities, code deployment, and support.
