Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager Consultant in Asset & Wealth Management with Private Markets exposure. You will guide clients in aligning operating models, data, and technology with business strategies across traditional and alternative investments.

The role spans front-to-back office transformations, including fund accounting, data management, and regulatory considerations, with opportunities to drive market-convergence strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related discipline; MBA or MS preferred.
• Five to seven years of progressive experience in asset management or financial services consulting.
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva, etc.
• Strong experience with process improvement, system implementation, project management, or middle-office outsourcing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel as required; valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle, including product development, operations, fund accounting, data management, and reporting.
• Help design and implement target operating models to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and governance across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
• Participate in technology-enabled transformations and system selections/implementations.
• Work with clients on outsourcing strategy, automation, and digital operating models.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within EY’s Asset & Wealth Management team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across EY service lines to deliver integrated EY solutions.
