Job summary

Gordon Brothers is seeking an Appraiser to manage valuations, coordinate with clients, and lead project teams through appraisal reporting. You will oversee analysts and writers, ensure timely delivery, and document inspection notes while upholding high standards of accuracy and client service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics (or equivalent experience), strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required or equivalent experience.
• Two or more classes toward professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of preparing valuations and interact with clients.
• Lead project team including analysts and writers to meet deadlines.
• Supervise analysts and review their work in the research process.
• Document inspection notes and maintain appraisal records in the database.
• Communicate value changes clearly to clients and defend appraisal conclusions.
