Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in transaction processing is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, trust operations, or related industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process, deposit, and deliver physical assets.
• Support asset re-registration projects and related operational activities.
• Review, maintain, and update asset information in internal systems.
• Coordinate asset movement and vault deliveries.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to complete daily work.
• Manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and attention to detail.
