Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Vault Processor to join our production-focused operations. This back-end role handles cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts in a secure environment, strictly non-customer facing.

You will count and balance large volumes of currency, follow procedures, and maintain security controls to meet daily production goals. Schedule is M-F 8:30-5pm; prior cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous cash handling or banking operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
• Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to procedures and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
