Job summary

Coconino County is seeking a systems-focused professional to administer and optimize Public Works asset management systems. The role involves configuring software, integrating GIS data, and coordinating with IT, GIS staff, and end users to streamline workflows and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience with asset management, workflow analysis, and developing dashboards to support capital planning and maintenance decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, GIS, engineering, public administration, or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience supporting asset management or related systems.
• Experience with GIS-integrated systems and enterprise asset management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, maintains, and supports asset management systems and related applications.
• Develops reports and dashboards to monitor asset performance and lifecycle planning.
• Collaborates with IT, GIS, vendors and end users to define requirements and improve workflows.
• Performs data validation, audits, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy.
