Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking an Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst to manage client inquiries related to Corporate Actions and Income events, while maintaining key client relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, risk awareness, and collaboration with peers to deliver efficient service. This is a full-time hybrid position with up to two days from home per week and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (basic to intermediate) in a client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of securities processing, combined with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices
• Communicates with tact and diplomacy in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information
• Deals with most problems independently
• Has some latitude to resolve complex issues related to the analysis of asset servicing and custody activities

Responsibilities

• This role will manage incoming customer queries related to Corporate Action or Income events
• Maintaining and progressing Customer relationships - understanding client issues and helping manage resolutions
• Develops client specific service solutions and maintains quality control
• Understanding complex customer queries and managing through a high level of productivity
• Minimises risk to the bank through the appropriate application of procedural requirements and adherence to audit and control policies
• Participates in compliance related procedures and controls activities
• Continuously looks for and designs business required documents to reduce the number of manual touch points improve efficiency.
• Works closely with peers and product to develop solutions that will enable team to meet the mission statements of the department and create dynamic MIS
• Maintains awareness of product changes and system enhancements
• Assists team member during periods of high volume work, provides back-up coverage, and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
