DTCC in the United States is seeking a mid-level Operations/Tax Specialist to support enterprise services operations around asset services and tax processing. You will reconcile tax adjustments, ensure timely IRS remittances, and prepare 1042 forms while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls reconciliation of tax adjustments to funds and updates tax tables.
• Remits tax funds to the IRS per schedule and regulations.
• Prepares and reconciles 1042-S and 1042 forms for filing.
• Manages 2439 reporting and W-9 compliance.
• Follows documented procedures, handles exceptions, and supports process improvements.
• Owns workload, meets deadlines, and manages competing priorities.
• Maintains client service focus and responds to inquiries promptly.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates effective communication and willingness to learn.
• Incorporates risk and control awareness into day-to-day duties.
